The Virgil's quote says that you can do something because you think you can.
In our lives, we have to be decisive. A decision in what we do dramatically increases the chance of success in that action, thought or situation.
If we think we can do something, it means that deep down in our souls, we have the certainty that we can succeed, either laboriously or quietly.
So our attitude must be decisive and rational. Such an attitude can only bring us success and inner happiness.
