Jean-Jacques Rousseau Quotes

“Patience is bitter, but its fruit is sweet.”

The Jean-Jacques Rousseau's quote says that patience is unpleasant, but what it brings is always something positive and pleasant.

Patience is a crucial element for social or occupational success. Those who are patient in the long run are successful.

If our goals have the long term as their point of view, then patience is essential. We must know how to wait for the right moment, but at the same time, not be lazy. Laziness and patience very often get confused.

Being lazy is wrong. When you are lazy, you are in a state of idleness. Waiting for something or someone does not mean we can sit still, not work and justify laziness by being patient.

Patience means waiting for the favourable moment to act, and while we wait, we can also do other valuable things, such as solving different situations or having new ideas. However, through patience, we achieve success all the more pleasing.
