Wilt Chamberlain Quotes

“Everything is habit forming, so make sure what you do is what you want to be doing.”

The Wilt Chamberlain's quote says that everything can form a habit, so we must be sure to do what we want.

Habit is the tendency to continue or repeat a particular behaviour, action or thought. A habit is formed when we repeat a specific thing more or less the same way.

We need to be habituated to the right things. If we are habituated to cleaning a room, it will be less stressful than a person doing it for the first time.

We can associate this with anything we want, even in the work or social world. So we have to be sure to do and repeat what we want to do so that we are used to and experience less stress in what we do.
