Experience is the crucial element of success. Everything can be improved by experience. However, experience implies a process.
The process we are talking about is the classic path to a goal. We must go through failures, mistakes, and adversity to achieve a goal. But on the same path, we can also meet people who help us overcome one adversity and tell us how to handle the next. That is also experience.
We have to be positive and patient because gaining experience is a slow process, which takes a lot of practice. But success is assured when we are experts in something.
