The use of words in situations is crucial. We often underestimate the power of words, but they can be stronger than any physical violence.
We need to use words rightly and concisely, say the bare minimum and not dwell too long. We can unintentionally hurt or change a situation if we dwell too long.
We must also be able to achieve our goals through dialogue, through the consensual use of words.
