The Enzo Ferrari's quote says that we must have the courage to face our criticism.

Criticism is a helpful tool for understanding one's shortcomings and improving oneself. However, there are two kinds of criticism: constructive and destructive.

The destructive one very often has the form of insult without any factual basis. Such criticism we can safely ignore because it is not aimed at improving ourselves or our product.

Constructive one, on the other hand, is very often well-founded and indicates a possible improvement of the situation. We should handle and appreciate criticism of this kind, as it can improve us and our abilities.

Whatever the type of criticism, our attitude must be rational and positive. We must accept and reject criticism calmly and establish an efficient conversation with those who criticize us. By doing this, we can understand different new points of view and insights for improvement.
